Testing
A money pool will be created to help cover the testing of new batches of items of interest. Once a goal is reached, vials will be collected from donors and shipped to the lab. The lab will either be Jano, Prime Analytical, Chromate or TrustPointe Analytics. You can also choose to do your own testing or participate in a group testing server.

Results will be shared with those that contribute to testing, as well as those that purchase the item from that batch through PNH.

Vendor Guarantee
Vendor does not have a free reship guarantee policy. He does offer 50% to reship items that have been seized or lost. If you purchase through PNH, you agree to cover 25% to have your items reshipped (to me or your address again). I will cover the other 25%. Please keep in mind that these types of events mean there will be delays in delivery, but in the end, you will be getting the items that were requested.
 
99% purity is guaranteed on most items (Oxytocin and TA-1 expect a lower purity as noted on the product page). All items are NET fill except where noted (IGF, FST, ACE and GDF are still gross fill).

Delivery

Tracking
Tracking numbers will be added to your order as they are received and automatically sent via email. If you haven't received a tracking number, then it hasn't been prepared for shipping or it hasn’t been received yet. I receive tracking numbers 2 or 3 days after the package was shipped. You can use parcelsapp.com to track. 
 
Order Confitmation
Make sure you receive an email from TimelessTrove or PNH once you place your order. If you don't receive an email, then your email is incorrect, the order wasn't placed or it was sent to junk. It is important to receive this, as you will get your tracking number there. 
 
Payment Confirmation
Once payment is confirmed, the order is marked as paid. A message is sent manually via the website to confirm payment.  
 
Please note that not every single vial will have a beautiful puck/cake. Some may appear to be shrunken or broken, but this doesn't affect the quality, fill or purity of the product.
